How to Order?
1. Browse through our Shop @ http://www.daintyalley.com/
2. Record the Product Code for the products that you wish to purchase
3. To purchase, send us an email using the format shown to you below. We will check on the availability of the products and send a confirmation email to you within 48 hours. Please include the following:

Subject: Purchase Order – [Your Name]
Pls include the following details in your Purchase Email:
a) Name
b) Contact Number (Preferably Mobile Number)
c) Mailing Address
d) Choice of Mailing (Registered Postage/Normal Postage)
e) Product Code + Colour + Size (S/M/L/F) + Quantity + Total Price
5. After payment is made, send us another email to inform us. Please include the following subject for this email:

b) Payment Method Used
c) Amount Transferred
d) Date/Day/Time Transferred
e) Transaction Number
f) Name of Bank
We reserve the rights to terminate any purchases and blacklist any users, should they fail to comply with the Ordering Procedure. Failure to comply includes actions such as submitting incomplete purchase details or failure to make payments after receiving the confirmation email for 24 hours.
There are 2 main methods which you can choose from:
1. Registered Postage
Additional $2.25 Mailing Fee will be charged to your Total Sum Payable
2. Normal Postage
No Additional Charges
We highly recommend customers to use the Registered Postage for more secured mailing.
All payments are to be made via ATM Banking or iBanking to the following account:

You are required to make payment within 24 hours upon receiving our Confirmation Email with regards to your purchase.

Goods mailed out to buyers are non-exchangeable and/or non-refundable.
