How to Order?

1. Browse through our Shop @ http://www.daintyalley.com/

2. Record the Product Code for the products that you wish to purchase

3. To purchase, send us an email using the format shown to you below. We will check on the availability of the products and send a confirmation email to you within 48 hours. Please include the following:

Subject: Purchase Order – [Your Name]

Pls include the following details in your Purchase Email:

a) Name
b) Contact Number (Preferably Mobile Number)
c) Mailing Address
d) Choice of Mailing (Registered Postage/Normal Postage)
e) Product Code + Colour + Size (S/M/L/F) + Quantity + Total Price

4. You are required to make payments (please refer to Payment Method Section) to us within 24 hours upon receiving the confirmation email.

5. After payment is made, send us another email to inform us. Please include the following subject for this email:

Subject: Payment Confirmed – [Your Name]

Please include the following details for this email:

a) Name
b) Payment Method Used
c) Amount Transferred
d) Date/Day/Time Transferred
e) Transaction Number
f) Name of Bank

6. Upon receiving the payment, we will mail out the products to you within the next 48 hours.

We reserve the rights to terminate any purchases and blacklist any users, should they fail to comply with the Ordering Procedure. Failure to comply includes actions such as submitting incomplete purchase details or failure to make payments after receiving the confirmation email for 24 hours.

Mailing Information

Dainty Alley adopts the mailing services provided by Singapore Post.

There are 2 main methods which you can choose from:
1. Registered Postage
Additional $2.25 Mailing Fee will be charged to your Total Sum Payable

2. Normal Postage
No Additional Charges

We highly recommend customers to use the Registered Postage for more secured mailing.

We will mail out your products to you within 48 hours after receiving your payment.

We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred during the mailing process.

Please retain a screenshot or receipt of your transfer for future references. We will not entertain any monetary disputes without any bank transfer evidence.
